Hydrogen is the 1st mineral on the Periodic Table. It is often considered the 'moisturizer' as we need it for water. This mineral is the basic component of most all creation.
Hydrogen, being the lightest mineral, accounts for only about 10% of the human body mass. This is the most abundant mineral in the universe, accounting for almost 75% of universal mass.
Hydrogen is present in all bodily fluids, allowing the toxins and waste to be transported and eliminated. It also helps keep our joints lubricated. Can you have too much hydrogen? Yes, absolutely. Symptoms of excessive hydrogen include: headaches, ringing in ears, dizziness, drowsiness, unconsciousness, nausea, vomiting and depression of all the senses. This is more common when exposed to hydrogen gas without oxygen.
There are some that speculate that drinking some hydrogen water each day has health benefits like decreased stress, boosted cellular function and lessening of chronic inflammation.
Balancing all of our minerals is important for improved and optimal health. Keep breathing, my friends!
