Weight a minute......

Yes, we know it should be 'wait a minute'......But, we got your attention, didn't we?

Weight is a heavy topic at times (another intentional pun). Especially for the ladies. There are so many factors to consider when we're trying to release weight:

  1. Nutrition

  2. Gut health

  3. Hormonal

  4. Mental

  5. Movement

  6. Mineralization

  7. Rest

  8. Stress

  9. Blood type

Managing our weight is far more than discipline and diet alone. Those are only a few pieces of the puzzle. Knowing why the weight is there is important too. How do you know where to start?

Blood tests can help. Muscle testing can help. Trial and error can help eliminate options. There is no one-size-fits all program for weight management. Each blood type, metabolic type, genetic type and glandular type has a different solution that works best for them.

The only thing we recommend across the board is to eat the rainbow in colors a day (not skittles - produce), adequate (and clean) water, rest, mindset and movement. Beating yourself up for not being where you want is about as effective as trying to baptize a cat. It isn't.

The best place to start is where you are. The best time to start is now. Take a week and journal your patterns - your food, sleep, waking, beverage intake. See where you are, and that helps you get where you want to be. We've got a free mood & food journal online that we can give you access to - it's a great place to start.

Remember that you didn't get where you are overnight, you're not going to undo it overnight. Be patient. Start slow and manageable. Don't go from zero to 60 in days. That's not realistic. Get a tribe to help support you. On your own or with qualified practitioners like we have.

Write a list of 10 things you LOVE about yourself. DO IT. Ask friends for help if you need it. You are worthy the way you are. You deserve love as is - especially from yourself. Be the cycle breaker. Be the person you dream of.

We've got you.

In love,
